If I select Evolved Building Maintenance (EBM), who will be performing the janitorial services in my building?

Only EBM employees or supervisors enter your building. We never use subcontractors. Your building's security is extremely important to EBM.

 

Do I have to commit to a long term contract?

No. Unlike most commercial janitorial service providers, Evolved Building Maintenance believes our service stands on its own. We do not require long term contracts and choose to do business on a month-to-month basis. We will earn your business every month by performing to the highest standards and quickly responding to even the slightest oversight.
